What are your health goals and which steps do you want to take to achieve them?
In order to reach your goals, goals need to be Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
Your strengths are important, and they matter when you are working toward a health and wellness goal with your health coach.
Self-efficacy is one of the most important concepts in health coaching. It is the confidence or the belief in oneself to achieve her or his goals and plays a large role in goal achievement. I discuss more of this in the video; a blog post on the same topic is coming soon.
